However, you should have received a form of payment advice (in the form of a letter, a notice, or an invoice) from STB before you can make use of this payment mode because you will need to enter the bill reference number to make the payment online.

2.      What are the types of Payment Modes available through this service?

 

You can make your payment online by Credit or Debit.

 

 

3.      Will a receipt be issued for my online payment through the service?

 

Once you have completed your online transaction successfully, you will be prompted to print or save a copy of the online receipt for your record.  A separate hardcopy receipt will not be issued by STB.

 

 

4.      Can I claim for a refund for payments made?

 

Requests for refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please send your request (indicating reason for refund) in writing with a copy of your online receipt to:
